Here is a list of the typical permits that you will need in order to construct your home. These may vary according to the municipality requirements where your site is located.

• Fire Safety Evaluation Certificate

• Locational Clearance

• Building Permit

• Wiring Permit

• Sanitary/Plumbing Permit

After Construction

• Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

• Certificate Of Completion

Typical documents that you will need to prepare are the following:

• TCT (lot title)

• Real Property Tax receipt

• Tax Declaration of lot

• Lot Plan

• Blueprint plans and documents prepared by the Architect and his design team.
